How to Use Llanten
How to make tea:
Add one tablespoon to a cup of water and boil 5 minutes. Drink 3 or 4 cups a day to sooth oral that throat problems
How to make ointment:
Crush fresh leaves and add to ghee, coconut oil, or any other solid oil. Apply to skin irritations.
How to use fresh leaves:
Thoroughly wash and blanch in boiling water for 10 seconds. Cool and apply to persistent sores or ulcers.
